The Errasti farmhouse has a long-standing tradition of cider making, as was the norm in Gipuzkoa. Family members and friends would gather around the barrel for a bite to eat and a chat.

The speciality at our cider house is the cider house menu. Our extensive menu includes chargrilled bone-in ribeye steak and fish, as well as traditional Basque cuisine. Our priority is the quality and freshness of the ingredients we use.
